Name: Rose Starr
Age: 17
Physical Description: Rose is pale with short brown hair which has red tips on her fringe. She's of average build with blue-grey eyes. Her face is round and also kind of heart-shaped. She has long, well-defined legs.
Abilities: She's clumsy, yet great at saving people. She can tap into people's dreams as well. Posesses a hint of telekinesis.
Being: Guardian Angel/ Human. Mainly Human.

Masses of tumbling midnight black curls that reach down to her waist and hug along the lines of her body. Long fluttering eye lashes that frame wide, bright green eyes. High cheekbones and a slenderly curved body. Always wears knee-length dresses with Black leggings, Knee high military styled boots and is always wearing a black cardigan covered all down the front with badges of many sorts. Always wears a necklace made up of everyday items that people have given her whether it be bottle caps or charms.
