Well go ahead, no dilly-dallying...

Lance swore at his new class schedule, as he walked into his new school. He bit his lip drawing some blood from the touch of his sharp canines and rand a gloved hand through his long hair.
"Man, this is going to be bad." He whispered to himself, "Maybe there will be girls here though."
He was quite sure he was alone in the corridor, so he continued with his train of thought. "Their blood, sweet, fresh, female blood tastes the best."
He walked up to the registration desk and placed down his schedule, he would be here for a while, sleeping in a dorm as well. Good thing there were no horrible uniforms, or perhaps there were and Mother had failed to mention it.
"Lance, has your father bought your belongings here yet?" The black haired receptionist asked.
"No, kaasan. He has not." Lance stole a glance outside, "Now, where is my chamber. I wish to sleep. It is already too hot outside."

"Miss Valentina?" The grey haired woman at the desk called out.
"Yes?" I replied, looking up from my book and tucking it away.
"Can you come and collect your dorm keys please?" She muttered.
I slid up from my seat, and swung my bag over my shoulder, walking to the desk.
She slid the keys across the desk and I snatched them up politely.
"Thank you." I smiled politely and wandered off to find my Dorm.

I walked down the hall against the row of lockers away from the Sun rising,
It wasn't like I would burst into flames, but It was uncomfortable this early.
I walked past a group of guys throwing around a football, Smiling at them politely.
Passing a row of lockers I found the dorm rooms on the Left wing of the school.
It reminded me of my house at home, Hallways and twisting staircases. Dark.
I pushed open the door and made my way up the stair case, finding my room.

"This seems to be the one." I glanced down at the key and then the dorm number.
"I wonder if it has big windows or little windows." Laughing to myself.
Pushing the door open I stepped inside and shut the door behind me.
"No windows.. Perfect." I wandered the room and looked around it carefully.
I sat down on the bed and dropped my bag on the floor, gently.
This was the first time I'd been away from home. I had to try blend in...
